The Sovereign State of Arizona recently made a law which provides for the cooperative enforcement – with the federal government – of federal immigration laws throughout Arizona. The People of Arizona are suffering terribly from massive Invasions of their Southern Border; and because the federal government refuses to repel the Invasions, the People of Arizona are forced to defend themselves.
Here is the text of the amazingly innocuous Arizona Law. Read it, and you will know more about it than the Attorney General of the United States, Eric Holder! On May 13, 2010, Holder testified before Congress that he hadn’t read the Arizona Law; even though on previous occasions, he attacked the Law as “an unfortunate one”, which is subject to “potential abuse” and the “possibility of leading to racial profiling”. In short, he, Eric Holder, doesn’t think the Arizona Law is “necessarily a good idea”. Oh my!

(CNSNews.com) – In a “candid and constructive” human rights dialogue with officials from the People’s Republic of China last week, Obama administration officials brought up Arizona’s new immigration-enforcement law, telling the Chinese Communists it was an example of a “troubling trend” in the United States and an indication of “discrimination or potential discrimination” in American society. (No one in his administration has read the law – Andrew?)
Ironically, the State Department’s most recent report on human rights in China indicates that the government there restricts the internal travel of its own citizens.

We have an incompetent President and Attorney General — Andrew
An immigration reform organization says the Obama administration clearly needs to have all its “ducks in a row” before talking about filing suit against Arizona’s new immigration enforcement bill.
Ever since SB 1070 was signed into law by Arizona Governor Jan Brewer, the Obama administration has threatened to challenge it with a federal lawsuit. But during a hearing of the House Judiciary Committee on Thursday, Congressman Ted Poe (R-Texas) asked U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder if he had read the statute.
Poe: “Have you read the Arizona law?”
Holder: “I have not had a chance…I’ve glanced at it, I have not read it….”
Poe: “It’s ten pages. It’s a lot shorter than the healthcare bill, which was 2,000 pages long. I’ll give you my copy of it if you would like to have a copy.”
(later) Poe: “You have some concerns about the statute — and it’s hard for me to understand how you would have concerns about something being unconstitutional if you hadn’t even read the law.”

The Preamble to the Constitution has no force in law; instead, it establishes the “Why” of the Constitution. Why is this document in existence? It reflects the desires of the Framers to improve on the government they currently had (to be “more perfect” than the Articles of Confederation), to ensure that that government would be just, and would protect its citizens from internal strife and from attack from the outside. It would be of benefit to the people, rather than to its detriment. And, perhaps as importantly, it intended to do the same for the future generations of Americans. A more extensive exploration of the Preamble is also available.

There is nothing radical about our law. Since the Federal Govt refuses to protect us, we have to do it ourself.

Washington (CNSNews.com) – Several state lawmakers are seeking to apply immigration laws similar to that passed by the Arizona Legislature, even as the Obama administration questions the Arizona law’s legitimacy.
At least eight states — Utah, Oklahoma, Ohio, Missouri, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, and Maryland — reportedly are considering legislation similar to the Arizona law, which allows police to determine a person’s immigration status following a “lawful stop, detention, or arrest.”
