Anthrax in the US in 2001, was the last biological attack; it was weaponized and supplied by a US military facility. Multiple reports of secret and illegal programs during the Bush Administration, President Obama rejected inspection protocol for US biological weapons which contradicts his statement to strengthen the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC). US is in violation of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) for nuclear weapons and energy use. The US has many violations at this point.
