The NDAA bill passed both houses with strong support from Democrats, the Tea Party, and Republicans. This act explicitly gives the government the authority to arrest and detain indefinitely without lawyer or trial any American it deems as a terrorist. The NDAA bill effectively removes the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution, muddies the waters on the First Amendment, denies Habeas Corpus, and questions the authority of several other protections of our civil liberties from the Bill of Rights.

I, James David Manning expect to be arrested shortly after Obama wins his second term. Thousands from the Tea Party will be put in camps and the media news service will be government controlled.
