To suggest that Mr. Cain should not order the release of the agreement settlement records of The National Restaurant Association by those trying to save the embarrassed Tea Party is criminal.
To further equate this event to Justice Thomas and Professor Hill is like comparing apples to oranges, black to white and high class to no class.
Produce the records: the first step in an open and transparent government. To continue to not do so signals Mr. Cain is just another business as usual politician.

If Mr. Cain is innocent and or noble, he should order the immediate release of the agreement settlement records. The documents will tell the world who is lying and why.
It is deceitful and arrogant to ask America to take his word unquestioned. Upon request for full release and full disclosure, he can say to America his administration will be an open and transparent government.
