Is it possible that Gen. Stanley McChrystal is aware of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin’s refusal to deploy to Afghanistan? Could the General also be aware that his Lt. Col. has requested documentation of Mr. Obama’s citizenship and/or eligibility to meet Constitutional presidential requirements?  Is it yet possible that as commander of the Afghanistan and NATO forces of the longest war in American history, the General has been made aware of Mr. Obama’s anti-American support of Islamic goals?  Mr. Obama took the political world by storm during the 2008 presidential campaign. He allegedly broke and set many records during that event. There is yet another record set by him that I believe will never be broken. Said record is the control of the media and subsequent control of the American people’s political thought processes.  The Rolling Stone article seems to bleed outright contempt for Mr. Obama by Gen. McChrystal, although only one statement in the article about Mr. Obama was attributed to the General. The heart and soul of the statements in the article came from the General’s top aides. These statements were 100% contemptible of Mr. Obama and his military advisory team. 

Gen. McChrystal is on record as saying, “When Mr. Obama entered a room where several high ranking military brass were assembled, he looked uncomfortable and intimidated."  Many of the Generals staffers made school yard bully statements against VP Joe Biden, referring to him as “Joe Bite Me," another statement referred to General James Jones as a "Clown."  The senior editor of the Rolling Stone Magazine, Jann Wenner and the reporter Michael Hastings stated on CNN that there were numerous statements left out of the article. I wonder if any of the omitted statements contained discussion on Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, or the “Birth Certificate” issue. I believe it is highly unlikely that all members of the military would not know and have an opinion on Lt. Col. Lakin. 
At first glance one could compare this fight between the alleged president and his top general to that of President Harry S. Truman and Gen. Douglas MacArthur. President Truman was forced to silence the flamboyant and outspoken General. However, this dust up appears somewhat different and with far deeper religious and political roots. 
I further believe that there is a major question in the minds of many high ranking military leaders, about Mr. Obama constitutional eligibility. I am not asserting that Gen. McChrystal believes that Obama is a fraud, but the character of the Rolling Stone article demonstrates undeniable personal disrespect for Mr. Obama, by Gen. Stanley McChrystal.  
To say that Gen. McChrystal and his aides are the only ones with such contempt is contemptible. The disagreement between President Truman and Gen. Douglas MacArthur was one of personality and war or battlefield policy. There seems to be an element of that here, but the kindling point seems to be the General’s unbridled contempt for Barack Hussein Obama. It appears that the General wanted to express his disparaging views and as of yet has not retracted one word published. While he did acknowledge such outspoken public dissent is below standard; nevertheless he did not take any statements back. 
I personally believe that members of the armed forces, because of their great sacrifice to serve this nation, are not willing to accept Mr. Obama’s fraud, as does Congress, Business, and Religious leaders so unpatriotically do. Many members of the military, Lt. Col. Terry Lakin, Gen. McChrystal, Major Stefan Cook, and others know that America is living a lie of political and media expediency that soldiers will have to pay for with their lives.  The difference between the Military, Congress, Business, and Religious leaders responding or showing contempt for Obama is their lives are not on the line. Indeed they, Congress, Business, and Religious leaders are profiting from his fraud.  Yet, I wish to assert that ultimately all our lives are at great risk because Mr. Obama has been far less than integral with the American people.
 
I would like to give Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Joe “Bite Me” Biden, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Bill O’Reilly, and Chris Matthews a rifle and assign them the Helmand Province.  Do you think they would fight for Mr. Obama until the death, knowing he is not constitutionally eligible?  Listed above are the people complicit in Mr. Obama’s crimes, and have kept this information from our troops.  What do they know and when did they know it?

To date more than 1000 young Americans have been killed in the Afghan war. I believe that Mr. Obama does not have the blessings of Jesus and many of those deaths under his watch were in vain. In the spirit of our nation’s great leaders, with the lesson of endurance of our revolutionary and founding Fathers, and with truth as my shield, so help me God I will bring them all to court with appropriate criminal and treason charges.  I applaud Gen. McChrystal. Long live the General!!! I only pray that he would be an example to all military personnel. 
Now is the time for all Americans to rise and take back our nation from these Global Elitist, Anti-Constitution, Anti-Christianity, Socialist, Pro-Islamic reprobates.

Lt. Col. Terry Lakin refuses to be deployed to Afghanistan under the orders of Barack Hussein Obama until the government proves that Obama is qualified to be president of the USA according to the Constitution of the USA. The military is using a court martial to force his compliance.  Lakin is trying to use discovery in the court martial about Obama’s citizenship as per his rights to defend his actions and the court is blocking his ability. 
 
Like every other case brought to the courts concerning the citizenship status of Obama, the military courts are using other means to skirt the issue.   This military court now says that Lakin cannot subpoena Obama’s records in any of the colleges, passports, or Hawaii because no testimony can be called from any location that is further than 100 miles from the court which is located in Texas.  
 
The courts used justification in 16 other civilian cases for not investigating the evidence about Obama’s citizenship by claiming the individuals who brought the cases did not have standing. One case, the one brought by Alan Keyes, could not use the standing claim so that judge in California removed himself by stating that the case belonged in Washington, DC. 
 
Lt. Col. Terry Lakin took the same oath as did all officers, the president, and the Congress … to defend and protect the Constitution of the USA.  And Lakin is facing court martial for doing exactly what his oath demands of him.
 
As from my book, Save America Now, the president of the United States must be a natural born citizen to qualify to be president.  The ways to lose citizenship are detailed in 8 USC 1481.  One way is becoming naturalized in another country. 
 
If the passports of Obama or his college documents read that he was a citizen of another country at some previous time as an adult, then he is not qualified to be president … and he knows it.  So why did he seal his college and passport records so that We the People cannot see them?  No other president has done that.   Has the Supreme Court and Congress deliberately stalled an investigation to give him time to clean up his transgressions so that We the People will never know of them?
 
To end this debate, how hard would it be for our government to look at Obama’s college documents, his passports, and his long form birth certificate?  And if these documents were all supportive of Obama’s ability to be president, then why aren’t his lawyers standing in the streets and waving them for all of us to see?  Why have multi millions of dollars been spent to keep we the people from seeing these documents?
 
Something smells very wrong.  Lt. Col. Terry Lakin smells it.  50% of Americans smell it.  Yet, the media, including FOX who is now substantially owned by the Saudis, cannot smell it.  And our courts cannot smell it. 
 
How hard would it be for the Chicago thugs who surround Obama to threaten the families of these judges?  Or to bribe them?  How hard is it for the liberal media cartel to demean those who want proof about Obama’s citizenship as per our Constitution?
 
We Americans are being conned. Lt. Col. Terry Lakin is a patriot whom all the military should support. 
 
Obama promised to be transparent.  It is time for our courts, our media, and our military to force him to keep his promise….. by any means necessary.  
 
Barack Hussein Obama needs to prove that he was born a natural citizen and that he never had a dual citizenship as an adult.  America needs to see his college documents, his passports, and his long form birth certificate.  And we all need to support Lt. Col. Terry Lakin as a true patriot who is honoring his oath as an officer.

I am prepared to publicly declare the court martial of Lt. Col. Terry Lakin an act of tyranny. The Obama administration aims to put down the brewing revolution of military officers who question his eligibility.
Rather than producing the documents, Obama and his thugs supported by the deafening silence of the American people, will railroad Terry Lakin.

I am further prepared to publicly state that Sarah Palin, Glenn Beck, Scott Brown, and the national leadership of The Tea Party will treat Lt. Col. Terry Lakin as if he is a leper.

I am yet further determined to say publicly that The Tea Party leadership, Glenn Beck, and Sarah Palin are more hypocritical than any political movement to date.

The Republican Party got started in a patriotic attempt to end slavery. The Dixiecrats, now many Democrats, got started to maintain slavery.

The Tea Party got started because they could not stomach what they knew was the truth about Obama and the cult like actions of many Americans; it was sickening. The preamble to the Tea Party was, “Where Is the Damn Birth Certificate?”

The First Amendment was, “It’s The Constitution Stupid, not the color of ones skin.” The Second Amendment to the founding of The Tea Party was, “We Will Not Have a Muslim Reign Over this Great Christian Nation.”

Fox News hired Glenn Beck, a closet Nazi, to co-op the alleged racist Americans against Obama to Fox News. They came by the millions in the late afternoon sitting at home brooding over what was happening to America.

CNN hired Jesse Jackson and more recently have hired numerous blacks and gays attempting to lure the anti Americans to their network.

Many Americans black and white believe Fox News is a racist organization. Furthermore, many Americans black and white believe The Tea Party is a racist organization that formed first and foremost to defeat the agenda of the first Black President. I, James David Manning believe none of the racist accusations, and I strongly rebuke anyone who does.

However, I do know that Glenn Beck is a closet Nazi, more hypnotizing with a cult like and gullible following like Obama’s.

I know that Sarah Palin is a money hungry opportunist hired by Fox News to lead their bid to counter NBC’s bid to control the White House. I also know that not one of these hypocrites including Glenn Beck will lift one eyebrow to help or save Terry Lakin.

The Tea Party and Fox News long ago decided to look the other way and never again raise the issue of the constitutional eligibility of Mr. Obama. Mournfully, they have abandoned constitutional authority as fundamental in America politics. Indeed, Mr. Glenn Beck said that the “Birthers” were misguided and foolish. Mr. O’Reilly of Fox News swore that he had seen the birth certificate and that the “Birthers” were kooks, and did not represent mainstream America; “kooks and mainstream” is code language for RACIST.

While many rank and file members of The Tea Party and The Glenn Beck brown shirt brigade still believe Obama is ineligible, yet the leadership of the Tea Party has sold out to lobbyist and big business as usual.

What’s the difference between The Democrats, Republicans and The Tea Party? Answer: Only the Tea Party is still wearing diapers.

Honorable Attorney General Terry Goddard:

Your web page provides a lot of good information. Thank you. I was most
impressed with: “ As the State’s chief legal officer, the Attorney General has
many duties, but at the heart of my mission is an unwavering commitment to: promote justice, protect all Arizonans by aggressively enforcing the law, and to safeguard Arizona’s economy, environment and heritage for our children.”

Today I write this letter for your assistance to bring about justice that not
only affects Arizona but the entire country. Anyone living in Arizona knows
your impressive background and knows how hard you will fight for justice. I
have several areas of complaint:

1. Consider filing charges of treason on President Obama. In the
Constitutional Dictionary it defines treason as; ‘the offense of attempting to overthrow the government of one’s country, or assisting its enemies in war.

a. President Obama had a hidden agenda while campaigning. His real agenda is to overthrow our Capitalistic form of government and turn us into a
Socialist Country like Europe. It is interesting to note some Americans
were feeling that way about 200 years ago. Thomas Jefferson gave this
answer. “The comparisons of these governments are like a comparison of
Heaven to Hell”.
b. Mr. Obama’s primary goal is to bankrupt our Nation, which he has
been doing by increasing our deficits, by signing bills he has not even read that are not geared toward job creations. In his first stimulus bill he, Senators Pelosi, Dodd, and Reid became irate when AIG got their bonuses, but never complained when Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac got theirs. Had Mr. Obama read the bill and just signed it, they all would have realized Senator Dodd had inserted a last minute paragraph to authorize it. The Stimulus money should have been used to create new jobs and not used for a tennis court, a hospital requested by Senator Dodd, etc. If handled properly our unemployment rate would not be at 10%. Instead Our Commander in Chief spent the year on the campaign trail to talk about overhauling our Health Care into Government run healthcare. This is laughable because in 2006 Mrs. Obama, while working as a VP, for the University of Chicago Medical Center, invented “patient dumping.” Patients who came into ER with no insurance or Medicaid, received little treatment and then were shown the door or referred to another hospital. This allowed their beds to be open for paying patients.
The Chicago Tribune wrote a series of articles on this callous action. When this started Senator Obama, Ms. Jarrett, and David Axelrod came to help Mrs. Obama out of this mess. I said it was laughable that President Obama would make this his priority when in 2006 he had no compassion for the uninsured or those on Medicaid. This was just another chance for our government to take over another industry.

f. The President is maintaining high unemployment by continuing to extend benefits. Today we have 4.8 million receiving extended benefits. Some are close to getting benefits for 2 years! This is another method to get more Americans dependent on the government. When their healthcare benefits run out those who were opposed to government run healthcare may think it now sounds pretty attractive.

2) I demand President Obama prove he is qualified to be President. A copy of
his application to Harvard would show if he were applying as a citizen or foreign citizen. The amount of money our government is spending to defend him in so many court cases is a misuse of our hard earned tax dollars. He could end this question today if he wanted. We have the right to know.

a. The Constitution clearly states in Article 2 Section 1; Certain minimum
requirements are established again, such as a 35-year minimum age. Presidents must also be a natural-born citizen of the United States.

3) I demand Mr. Obama signs no more bills, spends any more of our money, or
commits us to future expenditures such as “Cap and Trade” until he proves to”We The People” that he is a legitimate President.

4) The current healthcare bill must have all parts, where the vote was
bought, removed because Article 1 Section 9 clearly states: “No law can
give preference to one state over another.” Clearly we know The Senators from
Nebraska and Louisiana sold their vote for the highest bidder.

5) Shouldn’t Senator Reid, House Speaker Pelosi, President Obama, and the
Senators and Representatives who sold their votes face charges similar to
Gov Blog, who is accused of trying to sell Senator Obama’s seat?

6) I demand no more actions be taken on the Healthcare bill until Congress
carries out their responsibilities as outlined in the Constitution. Articles
4 Section 4 clearly ensures a republican form of government (which,
in this case, is synonymous with “representative democracy”) and both of
which are opposed to a monarchical or aristocratic scheme. The state derives its power from the people, not from a king or gentry.

a. Obviously with only the few Democrats huddled behind closed doors they have not worked for the will of the people. These few individuals feel they can think for us, however, that is not what the Constitution states. 52% of Americans are not in favor of healthcare. In Nebraska over 70% are against the bill. So how could President Obama, Senator Nelson and other members of Congress feel they have the right to jam this down our throat? As the Constitution states they work for us not us for them.

7) I request an investigation on the decisions by Attorney General Eric Holder. In my opinion the AG has applied law at will which is not fair and equitable. He refused to charge the New Black Panther Party (they were on Candidate Obama’s site supporting him.) The “Pay for Play” case against Governor Richardson, of NM had the files dropped because of a call from DC. But he feels the need to open hearings on our CIA agents who kept our country safe and on our Navy Seals who captured a high ranking Al Qaeda member? Why is the Christmas bomber in the Federal Courts and not at Gitmo? His continued wishy-washy decisions are making the country less secure. The Christmas bomber was read his Miranda rights and lawyered up. Had he gone to Gitmo as he should have, we could have possibly got info that would save lives.

a. Shouldn’t Attorney General Holder put the interests in the safety of America first and leave his and Mr. Obama’s petty jealousy out of them doing their job? Here are the job duties of the AG: The Judiciary Act of 1789 created the Office of
the Attorney General which evolved over the years into the head of the Department of Justice and chief law enforcement officer of the Federal Government. The Attorney General represents the United States in legal matters generally and gives advice and opinions to the President and to the matters of exceptional gravity or importance. The Attorney General appears in person before the Supreme Court. Since the 1870 Act that established the Department of Justice as an executive department of the government of the United States, the Attorney General has guided the world’s largest law office and the central agency for enforcement of federal laws. Your support in getting answers to these questions will be much appreciated and prove our Constitution is still being followed.

I did send a letter certified mail to President Obama and AG Holder with no
response.
