Did you see where the CBO (Congressional Budget Office) just published its analysis of the budget deal? The CBO claims that the $38 Billion cut from the discretionary budget will only yield an additional $356 Million cut from actual spending in 2011.
The method Congress used for reducing the discretionary budget was to move $23 Billion to the mandatory spending budget from the discretionary budget. All the other cuts they claimed as part of the deal were either already in place or for programs that had money that was not spent. Congress then claimed that they reduced the discretionary budget without having to reduce actual spending.
What is $356 million of the $3.7 Trillion budget? It is the same as taking one dollar out of ten thousand dollars. It is the same as taking $100 out of a million dollars. It is nothing!
And Obamacare remains funded. Planned Parenthood and NPR remain funded. Obama will veto any attempt to defund them now that they are included in the budget. Even Democrats can vote to defund them without any worry of them actually being defunded. They can go home and lie to their constituencies that they opposed funding of Planned Parenthood, Obamacare, and NPR even though they voted to include them to be in the budget.
This is another Joe Sestak moment.

Obama increased spending $700 Billion in 2 years. $356 million is only one twentieth of one percent of $700 billion.
Boehner, Cantor, and McConnell screwed us again.

They all lied to us. Everyone who voted for this budget has got to go because they deceived us! Spending our money is one thing … but their lies, tricks, and deceit are not acceptable under any circumstances.
