Mr. Charles Krauthammer compares how “Cap and Trade” tried to socialize all economy’s. This stopped by President Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher. Simply put Countries with large economies are compelled to give money to smaller countries.

Well with “Cap and Trade” we are at the same crossroads and he explains how Obama can avoid getting our economy locked in like that. We would be the Country giving up most of our money.
