  Cody Robert Judy United States Senate 2010 UT presents "Constitutional Crisis Obama Must Go" in which he outlines the path of Congress to dismiss Obama as unqualified by the power they have to try offenses to the ‘laws of nations’, as a natural born citizen is articulated, and thus Obama is unqualified by the Constitution. Cody emphazises that if we do not follow the rule of our Constitutional Repubublic that we are simply inviting ‘mob rule’ democracy. The Constitution is the strength of the USA and it should be very clear that those who wish to destroy the United States would promote not abiding by our Constitution, and in fact would appose Obama policy but in such support Obama as the anti-constitutional president, such as Mike Lee, the R nominee in Utah.
