Closely listen to what Obama had to say about Comprehensive Immigration @ the 5:34 minute part. This was only 2 months ago. This would explain his rambling Immigration reform speech, without any specific plans, this week. He and Congress have not held 1 meeting on it. His speech was a reaction to the pressure AZ Gov Brewer is putting on him.
