To suggest that Mr. Cain should not order the release of the agreement settlement records of The National Restaurant Association by those trying to save the embarrassed Tea Party is criminal.

To further equate this event to Justice Thomas and Professor Hill is like comparing apples to oranges, black to white and high class to no class.

Produce the records: the first step in an open and transparent government. To continue to not do so signals Mr. Cain is just another business as usual politician.
