Letter to Obama by Michael Master, McLean, Va. (Circa 2008)

To Barack Hussein Obama,

The New York Times carried a story on Saturday, October 4, 2008 that proved you had a significantly closer relationship with Bill Ayers than what you previously admitted. While the issue of your relationship is of concern, the greater concern is that *you lied to America about it.

The Chicago Sun reported on May 8, 2008 that FBI records showed that you had a significantly closer relationship with Tony Rezko than what you previously admitted. In the interview, you said that you only saw Mr. Rezko a couple of times a year. The FBI files showed that you saw him weekly. While the issue of your relationship is of concern, the greater concern *is that you lied to America about it.

Your speech in Philadelphia on March 18, 2008 about ‘race’ contradicted your statement to Anderson Cooper on March 14 when you said that you never heard Reverend Wright make his negative statements about white America. While your attendance at Trinity Church for 20 years is of concern, the greater concern is *that you lied to America on March 14*.

In your 1st debate with John McCain, you said that you never said that you would meet with the leaders of Cuba, Venezuela, Iran, and North Korea without ‘preparations’ at lower levels … Joe Biden repeated your words in his debate with Sarah Palin … while the video tape from your debate last February clearly shows that you answered ‘I would’ to the question of meeting with those leaders within 12 months without ‘any’ preconditions. While your judgment about meeting with enemies of the USA without pre-conditions is of concern, the greater concern is that *you lied to America in the debate with McCain.

On July 14, 2008, you said that you always knew that the surge would work while the video tapes of you from more than a year ago show that you stated that the surge would not work. While your judgment about military strategy as a potential commander in chief is of concern, *the greater concern is that you lied to America on July 14.*

You now claim that your reason for voting against funding for the troops was because the bill did not include a time line for withdrawal while the video tapes of you from more than a year ago show that you voted against additional funding because you wanted our troops to be removed immediately … not in 16 months after the 2008 election as you now claim. While your judgment about removing our troops unilaterally in 2007 is of concern, *the greater concern is that you lied to America about your previous position*.

You claim to have a record of working with Republicans while the record shows that the only bill that you sponsored with a Republican was with Chuck Lugar … and it failed. The record shows that you vote 97% in concert with the Democrat party and that you have the most liberal voting record in the Senate. You joined Republicans only 13% of the time in your votes and those 13% were only after agreement from the Democrat party. While it is of concern that you fail to include conservatives in your actions and that you are such a liberal, the greater concern is *that you distorted the truth*.

In the primary debates of last February, 2008, you claimed to have talked with a ‘Captain’ of a platoon in Afghanistan ‘the other day’ when in fact you had a discussion in 2003 with a Lieutenant who had just been deployed to Afghanistan. You lied in that debate.

In your debates last spring, you claimed to have been a ‘professor of Constitutional law’ when in fact you have never been a professor of Constitutional law. In this last debate, you were careful to say that you ‘taught a law class’ and never mentioned being a ‘professor of Constitutional law.’ *You lied last spring.

You and Joe Biden both claimed that John McCain voted against additional funding for our troops when the actual records show the opposite. *You distorted the truth.*

You and Joe Biden claim that John McCain voted against funding for alternate energy sources 20 times when the record shows that John McCain specifically voted against funding for bio fuels, especially corn … and he was right … corn is too expensive at producing ethanol, and using corn to make ethanol increased the price of corn from $2 a bushel to $6 a bushel for food. *You distorted the truth.*

You and Joe Biden claim that John McCain voted like both of you for a tax increase on those making as little as $42,000 per year while the voting record clearly shows that John McCain did not vote as you and Joe Biden. *You lied to America.

You and Joe Biden claim that John McCain voted with George W. Bush 90% of the time when you know that Democrats also vote 90% of the time with the President (including Joe Biden) because the vast majority of the votes are procedural. You are one of the few who has not voted 90% of the time with the president because you have been missing from the Senate since the day you got elected. While your absence from your job in the Senate is of concern, the greater concern is that *you spin the facts.

You did not take an active roll in the rescue plan. You claimed that the Senate did not need you while the real reason that you abstained was because of your close relationships with the executives of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Countrywide, and Acorn … who all helped cause the financial problems of today and they all made major contributions to your campaign. While your relationship with these executives and your protection of them for your brief 3 years in the Senate (along with Barney Frank, Chuck Schumer, Maxine Waters, and Chris Dodd) is of concern, the greater concern is that you are being deceitful.

You forgot to mention that you personally represented Tony Rezko and Acorn. Tony Rezko, an Arab and close friend to you, was convicted of fraud in Chicago real estate transactions that bilked millions of tax dollars from the Illinois government for renovation projects that you sponsored as a state senator … and Acorn has been convicted of voter fraud, real estate subprime loan intimidation, and illegal campaign contributions. Tony Rezko has contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to your political campaigns. You personally used your political positions to steer money to both Tony Rezko and Acorn and you used Acorn to register thousands of phony voters for Democrats and you. While your relationships with Rezko and Acorn are of concern, the greater concern is that you omitted important facts about your relationships with them to America.

During your campaign, you said: ‘typical white person.’ ‘they cling to their guns and religion.’ ‘they will say that I am black.’ You played the race card. You tried to label any criticism about you as racist. You divide America.

You claim that you will reduce taxes for 95% of America, but you forgot to tell America that those reductions are after you remove the Bush tax reductions. You have requested close to $1 Billion in earmarks and several million for Acorn. Your social programs will cost America $1 Trillion per year and you claim that a reduction in military spending ($100 billion for Iraq) can pay for it. While your economic plan of adding 30% to the size of our federal government is of concern, the greater concern is that you are deceiving America.

The drain to America’s economy by foreign supplied oil is $700 Billion per year (5% of GDP) while the war in Iraq is $100 Billion (less than 1% of GDP). You voted against any increases to oil exploration for the last 3 years and any expansion of nuclear facilities. Yet today, you say that you have always been for more oil and more nuclear. *You are lying to America.*

Mr. Obama, you claimed that you ‘changed’ your mind about public financing for your campaign because of the money spent by Republican PACs in 2004.

The truth is that the Democrat PACs in 2004, 2006, and 2008 spent twice as much as the Republican PACs (especially George Soros and MoveOn. org). *You are lying to America.

Mr. Obama, you have done nothing to stop the actions of the teachers union and college professors in the USA. They eliminated religion from our history. They teach pro gay agendas and discuss sex with students as young as first grade. They bring their personal politics into the classrooms. They disparage conservatives. They brainwash our children. They are in it for themselves … not America. Are you reluctant to condemn their actions because teachers/professors and the NEA contribute 25% of all money donated to Democrats and none to Republicans? You are deceiving America.

Oh, Mr. Obama, Teddy Roosevelt said about a hundred years ago that we Americans should first look at the character of our leaders before anything else.

Your character looks horrible. While you make good speeches, motivating speeches, your character does not match your rhetoric. You talk the talk but do not walk the walk.

1. You lied to America. You lied many times. You distorted facts. You parsed your answers like a lawyer.

2. You distorted the record of John McCain in your words and in your advertisements.

3. You had associations with some very bad people for your personal political gains and then lied about those associations.

4. You divide America about race and about class.

Now let me compare your record of lies, distortions, race baiting, and associations to John McCain: War hero. Annapolis graduate with ‘Country first.’ Operational leadership experience like all 43 previously elected presidents of the USA as a Navy Officer for 22 years. 26 years in the Senate. Straight talk. Maverick. 54% of the time participated on bills with Democrats. Never asked for an earmark. The only blemish on his record is his part in the Keating 5 debacle about 25 years ago. (For which he was cleared- Shy edit.)

Mr. Obama, at Harvard Law School, you learned that the end does not justify the means. You learned that perjury, false witness, dishonesty, distortion of truth are never tolerated. Yet, your dishonesty is overwhelming. Your dishonesty is tremendously greater than the dishonesty that caused the impeachment and disbarment of Bill Clinton. Your dishonesty is tremendously greater than the dishonesty of Scooter Libby. You should be ashamed.

Mr. Obama, it is time for us Americans to put aside our differences on political issues and vote against you because of your dishonest character. It is time for all of us Americans to put aside our political issues and vote for America first. It is time for America to vote for honesty.

Any people who vote for you after understanding that you are dishonest should be ashamed of themselves for making their personal political issues more important than character. Would these same people vote for the anti-Christ if the anti-Christ promised them riches? Would they make a golden calf while Moses was up the mountain? Would they hire someone for a job if that someone lied in an interview? … of course not. So why do some of these people justify their votes for you even though they know you are dishonest? Why do they excuse your dishonesty? Because some of these people are frightened about the future, the economy, and their financial security … and you are preying on their fears with empty promises … and because some (especially our young people) are consumed by your wonderful style and promises for ‘change’ like the Germans who voted for Adolf Hitler in 1932. The greed/envy by Germans in 1932 kept them from recognizing Hitler for who he was. They loved his style. Greed and envy are keeping many Americans from recognizing you … your style has camouflaged your dishonesty … but many of us see you for who you really are … and we will not stop exposing who you are every day, forever if it is necessary.

Mr. Obama, you are dishonest. Anyone who votes for you is enabling dishonesty.

Mr. Obama, America cannot trust that you will put America first in your decisions about the future.

Mr. Obama, you are not the ‘change’ that America deserves. We cannot trust you.

Mr. Obama, You are not ready and not fit to be commander in chief.

Mr. Obama, John McCain does not have as much money as your campaign to refute all of your false statements. And for whatever reasons, the mainstream media will not give adequate coverage or research about your lies, distortions, word parsing, bad associations, race bating, lack of operational leadership experience, and general dishonest character.

The media is diverting our attention to your relationships and ignoring the fact that you lied about those relationships. The fact that you lied is much more important than the relationships themselves … just like with Bill Clinton and Richard Nixon … Monica Lewinski and Watergate were not nearly as bad as the fact that those gentlemen lied about the events … false witness … perjury … your relationships and bad judgments are bad on their own … but your lies are even worse.

Therefore, by copy of this memo, all who read this memo are asked to send it to everyone else in America before it is too late. We need to do the job that the media will not do. We need to expose your dishonesty so that every person in America understands who you really are before Election Day.

Mr. Obama, in a democracy, we get what we deserve. And God help America if we deserve you.

According to the most current USA/Gallup/CNN/AP  polls, the approval
rating for Obama by all adults … not just voters as measured by
Rasmussen … has fallen to an all time low of 42%.  Disapproval for
Obama is at 58%.

Liberals continue to try to label those who oppose Obama as racists.
So that means that 58% of Americans are racists according to liberals.

According to the IRS, the top 1% of wage earners in America account
for 20% of the income in America and account for almost 40% of all the
income taxes.   Yet, Obama says that the the top 1% are not paying
their “fair share.”

The top 25% of wage earners account for 60% of all the income and
account for almost 85% of all the income taxes.   The top 50% account
for almost all the income taxes while the bottom 50% pay almost
nothing.  About half of all adult Americans pay no federal income
taxes.

Federal income taxes are only a quarter of the total taxes paid by the
average American worker when all the local, product, property, sales,
federal, gasoline, airplane ticket, phone, etc taxes are added
together.   The combined spending by local and federal governments is
close to 50% of GDP.

This administration has doubled government spending for discretionary
items in 2 1/2 years and never produced a budget for Congressional
approval to do it.   The increases are $ 700 billion per year.   All
of it has been done by “continuing resolution” which circumvents the
law that states all federal spending legislation must include the
source of the funds for the spending.

Federal government spending increased from 18% (including Iraq) of GDP
to 24% of GDP since Democrats took control of Congress in 2007.   The
results of all that spending are no growth to GDP when inflation is
considered (probably negative growth in the 3rd quarter), 9.2%
unemployment, a continuing slump in housing demand, and a $1.75
Trillion government deficit (the deficit of the Republican Congress of
2006 was only $160 billion and unemployment was below 6% before the
Democrats took control of Congress in 2007).

Net:  the failed policies of the Democrat Congress of 2007 to 2011
caused practically all the increases to the deficit and to
unemployment.  Obama exacerbated the problem.  He is the only
president to lack both executive experience and military experience.
Since the leaders in the Republican party are RINOs, the only
challenge to Obama and Democrats has been the Tea Party.

When granted the stimulus money, Obama promised in 2009 that he would
not let unemployment rise to more than 8% from 7% in 2008.   The
Democrat controlled Congress gave him the money but he failed to
deliver on his promise.  Unemployment increased to more than 10%.
Why?   Because he spent the money to repay political favors to the
SEIU, NEA, auto unions, GE (NBC and MSNBC), banks, and for service
oriented projects … rather than spend it to buy products made with
USA components.  Products made in the USA have long supply chains for
maximum impact on the USA economic multiplier effect.  Obama used the
money for financial bail outs, for more government employees, and for
services rather than to buy products made with USA components.

The price for gasoline has increased from $1.87 per gallon when Obama
took office to a current average of $3.71 per gallon even thought the
demand for oil has decreased from 22 million barrels a day to 18
million.  Purchase of foreign oil has remained the same today as it
was in 2008 even though demand for oil in the USA decreased by more
than 20%.    Obama loaned $2 billion to Brazil to drill for off shore
oil and has not allowed any additional oil drilling in the USA.

The reason given by the government to increase the debt limit was to
keep the ratings for government securities at AAA and to stabilize the
investment markets.   As Obama signed the debt limit legislation, the
stock market fell dramatically as Moody’s and S&P announced that the
debt legislation did not cut enough spending by the government
immediately and that a downgrade to government securities could happen
if deeper cuts are not made to current government spending.

The proposed cuts to government spending do not address the most
glaring areas of spending.  How much does the USA federal government
spend on foreign governments, spend for pay to government employees,
spend on education when education is a state issue, spend to implement
Obamacare, and spend on establishing more regulations for the
environment and business?  Why are these expenses not being cut now?

Is Obama a failure or is he deliberately trying to sabotage the USA
economy?  Either way, he must go!

Bob Worn, a friend, sent this to me concerning how the government increased the debt ceiling:

“You come home from work and find there has been a sewer backup and you have sewage up to your ceiling.

What do you do……raise the ceiling, or pump out the crap?”

Bob makes so much sense.   S&P understands it.  That is why S&P lowered the bond rating for USA issued debt.  The stock market agrees.  It has fallen 16% over the last 10 days. It started falling long before the bond rating was lowered.  And now the ratings for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have been lowered.

The president owns this.  He is the leader.  It is all happening on his watch.   As Harry Truman said: “the buck stops here” …. Even if Obama continues to blame it on everyone else.   But then, Truman was a leader, Obama is not.

Our politicians implemented a compromise by raising the debt ceiling without pumping out the spending crap.  And now the politicians are scrambling to blame each other for the problems caused by their compromise.  Democrats say it is because taxes were not increased to cover spending and Republicans say it was because spending was not cut to the level of tax revenues.

Both parties blame the debt increases on “entitlements” … which is not true.  Social Security would be fine if the government had not raided it for other projects.  Alan Simpson, Chairman of the Debt Commission, stated that the Social Security trust fund is full of IOUs from the federal government for when it used Social Security money for other projects like building roads, feeding children before school, fighting wars like Viet Nam, and paying for a list of general projects … and now the government does not know how to pay back the IOUs.

The federal government has been spending money that it does not have since LBJ and his Democrat controlled Congress first raided the Social Security fund to pay for Viet Nam and the Great Society at the same time.    The federal government spent away our Social Security Trust Fund and our USA debt rating.   So why is it so hard for so many people to understand that our government needs to cut spending?

And for those of you who say that these guys like Tim Geithner and Ben Bernanke have degrees from big time universities so they must know what they are doing, you are wrong.

It was a lot of smart guys from big time universities who said that the P to E ratios in 1999 of 400 to 1 were acceptable as part of a new economic paradigm.  People lost a lot of money and America went into a recession because of the “crap” that we accepted from smart guys from big time universities in the late 90s.   It worked for a couple of years of the Clinton administration and then fell apart in Clinton’s last year of 2000.

Smart guys make lots of mistakes.   The basic economic rules do not change.  The rules are like gravity.   But smart guys continue to try to convince the rest of us that those rules can be broken.   One of those rules is that you cannot spend more money than what you make or else you will go broke.  And the USA  debt is now larger than its gross domestic product (GDP).

If you change who has the money by taxing some people and then giving it to other people, that does not increase the GDP.  It just moves the money around.  The only way to cut the debt with a given amount of GDP is to cut spending.

Now for those who say that we can’t cut spending because it will hurt the economy, you are not addressing the root causes to the economic problems.  How does government spending help these root causes:

1.   The top cause to our economic problems is that there has been too low of a birth rate for white women for the last 40 years. This affects everything from too few workers who are paying into Social Security vs those who are retiring to too few people who are buying houses to too many immigrants who stress our healthcare and education systems.

2.  Purchases of foreign oil have depleted our economy by 5% per year ($700 Billion per year).

3.  The change to a service economy from a manufacturing economy exacerbated the effect of the manufacturing multiplier on the economy.  High labor rates, too few engineering graduates, and too much taxes added to the price of products throughout the supply chain have chased manufacturing out of the USA.

4.  Combined local and federal governments increased their portions of GDP (Obama increased the federal portion by 25%) which drains money from the private sector.

Daily Presidential Tracking Poll

Monday, August 15, 2011
The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Monday shows that 20% of the nation’s voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president. Forty-two percent (42%) Strongly Disapprove, giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of -22 (see trends).

President Obama continues to draw great support from liberal Democrats but not as much as from conservative Democrats. Enthusiasm for the president is also down among younger Democrats.

Overall, 44% of voters say they at least somewhat approve of the president’s performance. Fifty-four percent (54%) at least somewhat disapprove.

Most voters continue to support repeal of the health care law passed last year by Congress.

From Kiplinger Letter of August 12, 2011:

“A political forecast from the Fed: President Obama will serve just one term. By pledging to leave interest rates unchanged and near 0% till mid-2013, the Federal Reserve is suggesting little or no improvement in the economy before then. That’s bad news for Obama. ….. the market drop and the Fed’s response, in combo, make a clear point: The president is more vulnerable …. ”

My prediction:
As per my prediction from last spring, Obama will not be the candidate from the Democrat Party for president in 2012. He will drop out for personal reasons after the primary season. Hillary will be selected by the delegates without having run in any primaries. That takes the selection out of the hands of the voters and places it in hands of the party leaders.

Democracy? No way. The Democrat leadership has already made this deal. SEIU. NEA. Soros. Immelt. etc. The campaign money raised by Obama will then be used for Hillary. Obama knows that this has always been the back up plan if he should fail … so he is trying his best to salvage the economy before the party leaders pull the plug, but his lack of executive and economic experience is impeding his abilities.

Obama owns the recovery. The recovery is a failure. Most Americans understand that Obama is a failure. He dislikes Christians, he is an economic failure, Obamacare is a failure, he is an international failure, he is a military failure, and he lacks transparency about his past. All this will be exploited by Romney, or Perry, or Bachmann. The Democrat party leaders are just biding their time. They do not want another Carter defeat. They do not want to lose the Senate on Obama’s coat tails.

Hillary was placed as head of the State Dept so she can claim to have the executive experience and international experience that Obama is missing. She has been kept at arms length from Obama’s problems so she does not get tainted by Obama’s failures. Her staff floated the rumor that the World Bank wants to hire her as president in 2012 to make us believe that she has financial smarts. Hillary will keep the women’s votes in the Democrat party. Hillary is the back up plan for a failed Obama.

Let me answer the items that you sent to Ginger.

1. nothing can been done to circumvent your spam blocker. AOL has no methods to do that.

2. the issue is not one of immigration … it is one of too much immigration. 100 million immigrants and direct offspring in the last 40 years out of a population of 300 million in the USA are way too many immigrants to assimilate. My grandparents came here from Syria and Hungary. They came here to be Americans … not to be Syrians and Hungarians living in America. Ginger’s grandparents were the same. Her father refused to allow any of them to speak Spanish in the home. They had to speak English. They came here to be Americans. Of her 100 cousins, etc who live in Arizona and California, practically all of them think the borders need to be closed and that way too many immigrants are entering America. Assimilation is the issue … not immigration.

3. Like many of us who were hippies in our college days, Ginger and I made a mistake. We believed all the liberal crap about zero population growth. We believed the environmentalists about over population. We even voted for McGovern and Carter. We should have had more children. While Africa and South America have too many births, the western world has too few. By the time we understood the errors of our decisions, it was too late. Hopefully, our children will learn from our mistakes. A nation that does not produce enough children to replace itself is a dying nation. Caucasians have gone from 24% of the world population to 10% of the world population in the last 40 years because white people are not having enough children. Does the world treat white people as a minority? Of course not … the world is not interested in protecting minorities … it is interested in wealth redistribution … theft. The lack of Caucasian births is the biggest root cause to the world economic problems. Caucasians pay the bills while the other groups receive government hand outs. A reduction from 24% to 10% is having a huge economic effect on the world.

4. So why do I bother to send information to those who disagree with me? Well, what is gained by singing to a group of people who agree with me? People who disagree need to help each other see what they cannot see on their own.

There are 2 problems with Social Security and with Medicare:

1. the government used the funds for other things. It raided the funds for things like the Great Society. It needs to pay the money back. Cut other spending to do it. If Social Security had not been used for other domestic programs, then there would be no insolvency problems with it. It would be an annuity with employer participation as it was supposed to be.

2. the baby boom generation did not make enough children to replace itself as it aged. the number of people between 40 and 55 are decreasing. So there are not enough younger people paying into Social Security and Medicare. Therefore, the Ponzi program that was implemented to offset the stolen money from
Social Security is falling apart. This will only get worse until 2022 when the number of people between 40 and 55 starts to increase again.

The insurance companies understand this. They wanted out of decreasing margins from insuring an aging population so they convinced Obama to enact Obamacare to give them cover at decreasing benefits and increasing rates. They gave $20 million to Obama and only 7 million to McCain. Reid, Pelosi, Dodd, and Schumer received more from insurance companies than the entire rest of Congress combined. Read Kiplinger. It is all there. Insurance rates increased at twice the rate for the same coverage this year under Obamacare. If Obamacare is so wonderful, then why have more than 1300 waivers been granted? Why were waivers granted to AARP and to SEIU since they backed it so veheminantly?

Just 40 years ago, 8 people were working for every one person who was retired. Today, only 3 people are working for every one person who is retired. In just 20 years, there will only be one person working for every person who is retired. We did not have enough children to replace ourselves. Our government proposes more immigration to solve it. That is wrong, wrong, wrong. Read the words of Cameron, Merkle, and other leaders in the western world who have made the mistake of increased immigration to solve low birth rates. Increased immigration just exacerbates the problems. Healthcare, education, state provided benefits, wages, consumption, crime, all get strained to the breaking point.

Immigration is OK. But too much immigration is harmful.

It is time to face facts: liberal philosophies have destroyed America. Zero population growth for Caucasians was wrong. A nanny state was wrong. We need more white children, less taxes, and less government influence. When the government has too big of influence, then it becomes a breeding ground for corruption (Democrats and Republicans) … large companies, lobbyists, special interest groups, unions, oil companies, planned parenthood, ACORN, etc … they all learn to work the government system to get what they want at the expense of the individual tax payers.

Less government, less taxes, less immigration, and more children. Save America now.
