Elizabeth Sarah Manning is the wife of James David Manning, the illustrious Pastor of the ATLAH World Missionary Church. It is the home of the Vision: 50,000 Righteous Men Living for the Lord in the Community of ATLAH.

In 1984, she was called into this ministry. Upon her graduation of the BMCP Ministry at Hartford Seminary, she went on a traveling seminar to Liberia and South Africa, where she met Pastor James David Manning.

Elder Manning graduated ATLAH Theological Seminary in 1998 with a Master of Divinity Degree. She is the coordinator of the Women Ministers and Ministries, Counselor, and Sunday School Teacher. Her greatest desire is to minister to women and see them delivered from the despair and despondency of drugs and hopelessness. Elder Manning also seeks to help women cope with and understand their roles as godly women with today’s man. Their relationship should be based on their relationship with God and knowing what their purpose is in life.

Elder Manning’s greatest joy is to intercede in prayer for those in need. She is a wife, mother, and grandmother.

James David Manning (born February 20, 1947) is chief pastor at the ATLAH World Missionary Church on 123rd Street in New York City. Manning grew up in Red Springs, North Carolina, and has been at ATLAH since 1981. ATLAH stands for All The Land Anointed Holy, which is God’s name for Harlem.

Manning graduated from The College of New Rochelle with a Bachelor of Arts degree and continued on to Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York where he was awarded a Master of Divinity. Manning also holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from the ATLAH Theological Seminary, an unaccredited educational institution.

Pastor Manning is the husband of the Wonderful Elizabeth Sarah Manning, as well as a father and grandfather.

Manning is fiercely opposed to the gentrification of Harlem and calls for its residents to boycott its shops, restaurants, doctors, banks and churches. That action, combined with a general rent strike, would force all property owners out of Harlem, he said, leaving the neighborhood to its rightful inheritors: black people. Manning calls his plan “No Dew, Nor Rain,” after Elijah’s warning to Ahab, king of Israel, of a coming drought. “When there’s no dew, no rain, there’s a drought – there’s all kinds of suffering,” said Manning. The whole of Harlem, he said, is to be a “drought zone.”

The ATLAH World Missionary Church has become a landmark in Harlem, and the teaching of the church has attracted thousands to the light; it brings to a once forsaken community.

As a younger man, Manning burglarized homes, mostly on Long Island. He spent about three and a half years in prison in New York and Florida for burglary, robbery, larceny, criminal possession of a weapon, and other charges before his release in 1978. While in prison, he became a devout Christian.

His congregation, “ATLAH Worldwide Missionary Church” is the former Bethelite Missionary Baptist Church. The church is also the site of the ATLAH Theological Seminary, where “the renowned and educationally astute Honorable James David Manning, PhD” offers classes on preaching and prophecy (et al.)

2008 Election
Manning achieved some controversy in the 2008 presidential election after ATLAH posted several sermons of his that were harshly critical of Democratic candidate Barack Obama on the website YouTube. Among other accusations, he called Obama a “good house negro” in one sermon while in another he referred to Obama as “trash” due to his mixed race heritage and accused him of being a “pimp” and “long-legged macdaddy,” citing the viral video “I Got a Crush… on Obama”. He stated that Obama “has the cadence of an Islamic person,” and he called Obama’s mother “trash.” Manning defended his sermons in an interview on Fox News, saying that “we also have to talk about his character.” He further stated that God told him that Hillary Clinton would win the Democratic Primary and that Obama would not become the President. Manning illustrated how God showed him Hillary would win by revealing her card in the light. After his prophecies didn’t become true, he defended them by saying that it is what God said to him and he will continue to follow in his faith.
He proclaimed Obama supporter Oprah Winfrey a “Babylonian whore”, the “queen of the universe”, and the Antichrist: “Run children, run children, and tell everybody that you know: Oprah Winfrey is the Antichrist.”

The sermons drew the attention of the Americans United for Separation of Church and State, who filed a complaint with the Internal Revenue Service objecting to alleged violations of laws granting tax-free status to churches on condition that they refrain from certain forms of political activity.

My Fellow Americans,

I believe The Holy Bible is the inerrant Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit without any mixture of error for its matter.

The Holy Bible addresses slavery as a legal social nation building method. That slavery was forced upon the Jewish people in the Old Testament and was sanctioned in the New Testament by God’s most prolific apostle, Paul. While the Bible supports slavery as a nation building practice, it condemns abuse and brutality of the slave. It also sets limits on the length and tenure of slave holding (Deuteronomy 21:1-6; Colossians 3:22).

The historical facts cannot be disputed, that the American Blacks who are the descendants of slaves are a far greater people because of slavery as compared to their counterpart Africans who lives in Africa and never tasted slavery.

In historical hypothesis were all Blacks left in Africa, and no slavery had occurred, the Africans in Africa would be much worse off than their present state of being. That same hypothesis demonstrates that descendants of the American slaves have added trillions to the African economy and increased life expectancy by as much as twenty years.

The one single truth that no American or African dares to speak and most do not understand or know is: The African, The American Slave and his descendants are wholly incapable of building a nation, or an on par with an European civilization. He is also wholly incapable of admitting this truth or understanding why it is true.
Egypt was the one nation of note, but because of the idolatrous worship of the sun god RA, they were smitten with blindness and all their historical notes were destroyed.

They then wandered down into the Sahara and the Congo carrying no knowledge, history or skills other than superstition and tribal warfare. Except for the sporadic mentioning of large warring tribes such as the Mandingos, the Zulus and the Songhai; they built no cites above two stories, no buildings without reeds, and with twenty five thousand miles of sea shore no sea worthy vessel, ever. The great city of Timbuktu was built by Muslim slave traders who prompted the Europeans to both colonize and procure slaves from these defenseless people.

Today, the descendants of American slaves live far better lives than the free African who never was in chains. Yet, he has not been able to build a civilization or nation that is purely his own. While he lives in the world’s greatest nation his portion is always a Ghetto. So rare is the ability of the descendant slave to build a nation or civilization is the Super Bowl championship of an all Jewish football team. The two just do not exist.

The advent of Barack Hussein Obama, the son of a free African; born of the womb of the daughter of an unemployed white drifter has set the truth and salvation of the African and the descendant of slaves back to Congo and superstition tactics.

America is on the threshold of completely falling apart. The building of an Islamic Mosque at ground zero represents, we have forgotten the God that built and blessed this nation from sea to shining sea. We now allow other gods prominence, a form of disunity and divisions at the highest possible level.

Mr. Obama and wealthy Kabals have prostituted Dr. King’s work and have turned his dream into a black nightmare.

We, Americans are a ship on a stormy sea with a blind captain and a deaf crew. Like Egypt and Rome the anointing has moved and it is only a matter of days before the destroyers take the treasure of this nation given to the destroyers by our very own children who know not Joseph.

Salvation of our nation and the Black man is not simple, but it can be accomplished through suffering. Tell the Black man the truth, and tell all Americans to fall on their knees and repent of their sins, turn from their wicked ways, humble themselves, and God will hear our prayers and heal and save our land. He will also loose the curse and promote the true Black man to become an American.

This is an email I received written by a Mexican who is now a naturalized US Citizen, and I think it’s a great explanation of the illegal immigration issue.

“If you had tickets to a sports event, concert, Disneyland , or for an airline flight, and when you got to your assigned seat you found someone else was in that seat, what would you do? You would call for a person in charge of ticket checking and have the person in your seat removed. You would properly be asked to show your ticket, and you would gladly and proudly do so, for you have bought and paid for that seat. The person in your seat would also be asked for a ticket, which they would not be able to produce. They would be called “gate crashers” and they would properly be removed.

Now in this huge stadium called the USA we have had millions of gate crashers. We have been asking security to check for tickets and remove the gate crashers. We have been asking security to have better controls in checking at the door. We have asked security to lock the back doors. Security has failed us. They are still looking the other way. They are afraid to ask to see the tickets. Many people say there is unlimited seating, and whether there is or not, no one should be allowed in for free while the rest of us pay full price!

In “section AZ”, of “Stadium USA “, we have had enough of the failures of Security. We have decided to do our own ticket checking, and properly remove those who do not have tickets. Now it seems very strange to me that so many people in the other 49 “sections”, and even many in our own “section” do not want tickets checked, or even to be asked to show their ticket! Even the head of Security is chastising us, while not doing his own job which he has sworn to do.

My own ticket has been bought and paid for, so I am proudly going to show it when asked to do so. I have a right to my seat, and I want the gate crashers to be asked to show their tickets too. The only reason that I can imagine anyone objecting to being asked for their ticket is that they are in favor of gate crashing, and all of the illegal activities that go with it, such as drug smuggling, gang wars, murder, human smuggling for profit, and many more illegal and inhumane acts that we are trying to prevent with our new legislation. Is that what I am hearing from all of the protesters such as Phoenix Mayor Gordon, US Rep. Grijalva, even President Obama? If you are not in favor of showing tickets, (proof of citizenship, passport, green card, or other legal document) when asked, as I would do proudly, then you must be condoning those illegal activities.”

Since Obama has never shown his ticket I guess he feels obligated to not ask others to show theirs.
