Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano admits she hasn’t read the Arizona immigration law, but passed judgment on it anyway. “That’s not the kind of law I would have signed,” she declared. “I believe it’s a bad law enforcement law. I believe it mandates and requires local enforcement and puts them in a position many do not want to be placed in,” Napolitano said. “When I was dealing with laws of that ilk, most of the law enforcement agencies in Arizona at that time were opposed to such legislation,” she claimed.

Please note these 2 items: 1) She stopped funding on the Virtual Fence, which has been highly succesful at Marine Corp Station Yuma, and 2) the Federal Government told ICE, State Police, and City Police they had “NO INTENTIONS TO MOVE FASTER TO REMOVE THE ILLEGALS” and “THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT WAS MAKING IT MORE DIFFUCULT FOR STATE AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT BY PASSING BILL 287 G”. In essence state and local law enforcement was being told if arrestd they will be back on the streets?

Dear Secretary Napolitano:

After much reflection I have decided to write this letter both as a document of inquiry and protest. An officer of the Secret Service came to my office where I counsel people about the most intimate and troubled details of their lives, and asked me to explain statements made concerning Barack Obama. The officer knew, or should have known, with a minimum of due diligence, that those statements could not possibly be construed in any way as a threat to the physical safety of Obama. Time after time in my statements I have made clear that any action taken against Obama should be done within the bounds of legal process. Yet this agent came into this church, this sacred soil where God dwells, with seven men including members of the New York Police Department, to ask me to explain statements. I made clear that any action taken against Obama should be done within the bounds of legal process. It suggests to me that either your agency is incompetent or that you came with an insidious intent.

Besides the fact that I have openly declared that any action against Obama should be lawful and constitutionally prescribed, you also know that I have done no act that could remotely constitute a crime or justify your pollution of this holy space with your presence. The freedom of speech is, or at least was sacrosanct in this nation. The fact that I made statements, however strong and distasteful to you, does not warrant your agent coming to my office with six other men in tow to ask me my meaning. While your agent “needed” three men by his side to ask me a question in my office there were three other men outside of this house taking pictures. Your time would have been better served guarding the White House from uninvited guests.

Your agent came here because he wanted to send me a message. Your agent wanted me to know that I am being watched. If it were otherwise he would have come and arrested me. You wanted in essence, to chill speech. It is therefore you and not I who pose the danger to all that is lawful.

Now your actions create a presumption, but it is rebuttable, so I give you the opportunity to explain yourself. What specifically did I say that causes you concern and why? Why did he need the New York City Police Department to follow him? Why were men taking pictures of this house of worship? What clippings of my sermons and statements other than the one in question have been reviewed? What specific actions as opposed to speech, have I taken that are illegal? And finally, have you read the Supreme Court cases on inflammatory speech where even the overthrow of the government by violence is constitutionally protected? I deserve answers. Furthermore, there is an old legal doctrine that silence in the face of an accusation which one ought to answer constitutes consent or admission. If you choose not to answer this letter, you have already answered.

The problem is Obama feels the need to be involved in everything but has no experience. I am sure they will throw Janet Napalitano under the bus and truly the problems arises from Michelle, Rahm, Jarrett, Axelrod, and Obama feel the need to be in everything and most of what they involve themselves in are “above their head”. Obama seems hell bent on changing anything remotely related to a Bush/Cheney policy regardless of the cost, so 12/25 happened. Why is the attempted bomber not in Gitmo and instead in Fed Court? Let those with experience do their jobs.

I am an American, who is Black, and lives in AZ. Everything the O administration is scripted by those named above. Janet was an outstanding US Prosecutor becoming our Gov. I never voted for her because of differences in values. I have been in meetings with her and can say she is intelligent, articulate, and motivated. There is no way this polished prosecutor can come out and say what she did and then have Robert Gibbs, the Worst Press Secretary of all times say the same. There is a wide margin on the intellectual scale between the 2 for this two happen. I say they were given speaking points to deliver to the press as all O’s TEAM is done. Watch O’s staff give a speech and it will remind you of Pinnocio with Gepatto Obama, Rahm, or Axelrod behind the screens.

Why was Gov Richardson’s “Pay for Play” cased dropped After the NM Attorney General received a call from D.C. telling them to drop it? But Obama and Mousey we have the Navy Seals being court martialled for capturing a high ranking Al Qaeda member?

Mousey Holder is this what you meant when you said we have to look into our CIA so we can show the world how our practice of Justice works? Seems like Obalma and Mousey are trying to make the terrorist more secure than “we The People” who you work for?

Obama needs to be reminded he won the election last year SO GET OFF THE CAMPAIN TRAIL. Spend time in the WH, relieve Pelosi and Reid of being President and learn your job, leadership, and management skills. Obama and Mousey Holder has polarized America, brought down the morale, of the seniors, the majority of American’s, the CIA, FBI, SECRET SERVICE, LOCAL POLICE DEPARTMENTS. Yet still Mousey Holder feels he has to conduct hearings on the CIA, WHO KEPT US SAFE, BUT NOT THE MEMBERS TH NEWBLACK PANERTHER PARTY, IS THIS BECAUSE THEY WERE ON HIS CAMPAIGN SITE AS BACKING HIS COMPAIGN?
