Dear Mr. Trump,
While your efforts to obtain the birth certificate of Barack Hussein Obama are to be commended, they also took the attention off the correct subject. Hopefully, you did not do that on purpose. That would make you part of the Obama conspirator organization and complicit in his violations to our Constitution.
This issue is not about where Obama was born. This issue is about his citizenship. Did Obama ever hold a dual citizenship or foreign citizenship that he accepted as an adult? If he ever had a foreign or dual citizenship as an adult, then he is not qualified to be president of the USA.
As the new COLB (certificate of live birth) points out, his father, Obama Sr., was a citizen from Kenya. So Barack’s father was not an American citizen. Therefore, by this very document produced and endorsed by Barack Hussein Obama, he admits that he inherited Kenya citizenship from his father.
Please note that once again Obama did not produce a "birth certificate." He produced another certificate of live birth (COLB). A birth certificate and a COLB are two completely different documents. And once again, Obama and the media are trying to demean those who are questioning Obama’s qualifications to serve as president as "radicals" stating that "now Obama has proved where he was born."
The media constantly kept saying that this issue is about where Obama was born. They kept trying to frame the debate as being about Obama’s birth place … and you helped them … while birth place is only part of the issue. But because of how Obama and the media framed this, any more discussion is seen as radical and racially motivated. You either played into their hands or you conspired to help them. So are you a fool or a conspirator?
The real issue is not being addressed. And that real issue is this: did Obama ever use foreign citizenship as an adult? If he did, then he disqualified himself from being able to be president of the United States according to 8 USC 1481 which states that natural born status is lost if the person has become naturalized in another country.
A citizen of the USA can hold dual citizenship. But the office of president, and only the office of president, disallows any person after the original people alive at the time of the signing of the Constitution from ever having a dual or foreign citizenship and be able to be president.
From this new document produced by Obama on April 27, 2001, we know that his father was a Kenyan who passed Kenya citizenship and/or British citizenship to Barack Hussein. We also know in Barack’s own words in his books about his youth that his adopted father, Lolo Soetoro, was an Indonesian citizen. Lolo adopted Barack Hussein, renamed him Barry, and made Barry a Muslim Indonesian citizen. On Barack’s elementary school papers, Barry Soetoro, Barack Hussein, is listed as an Indonesian citizen and a Muslim with a signature of certification by his step father.
Many people are making a big deal about this new COLB being a forgery … and maybe it is … but if we accept what is says … in that his father was Obama, Sr who was a Kenyan citizen … then we need to concentrate on the real issues: did Barack Hussein ever use foreign citizenship to attend college or secure a passport as an adult? If he did, then he is not qualified to be president according to 8 USC 1481.
But will anyone pursue this now that the media has allowed Obama to frame this about where he was born rather than his dual citizenship? Certainly not the RINOs in Congress. They can’t even man up enough to get any real cuts to government spending, so how can we ever expect them to grow enough balls to enforce our Constitution about the citizenship of the President?
So who will pursue the truth?
Why did Obama spend multi millions of dollars in legal fees to seal his college documents and his passports and his birth certificate? What is on them? Did he use foreign citizenship as an adult?
