National Guard Ad Revives Nazi Oath

In 2003, the US Army adapted the “Soldier’s Creed” to program soldiers to shift their Oath of Enlistment from “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic,” to the heel-clicking, non-thinking, dictator-obeying, “I will always place the mission first.”

Good evening all.
I am not below begging for a worthwhile cause. Today more than ever we need to know Our Constitution, so I am begging you to join our Ning Journal group. It will only take 15 -20 minutes a day. Here is what was covered today;
Section 7 details how bills become law. First, any bill for raising money (such as by taxes or fees) must start out in the House. All bills must pass both houses of Congress in the exact same form. Bills that pass both houses are sent to the President. He can either sign the bill, in which case it becomes law, or he can veto it. In the case of a veto, the bill is sent back to Congress, and if both houses pass it by a two-thirds majority, the bill becomes law over the President’s veto. This is known as overriding a veto.
There are a couple more options for the President. First, if he neither vetoes a bill nor signs it, it becomes a law without his signature after 10 days. The second option is called a pocket veto. It occurs if Congress sends the bill to the President and they then adjourn. If the President does not sign the bill within 10 days, it does not become law.
Section 8 lists specific powers of Congress, including the power to establish and maintain an army and navy, to establish post offices, to create courts, to regulate commerce between the states, to declare war, and to raise money. It also includes a clause known as the Elastic Clause which allows it to pass any law necessary for the carrying out of the previously listed powers.
Section 9 places certain limits on Congress. Certain legal items, such as suspension of habeas corpus, bills of attainder, and ex post facto laws are prohibited. No law can give preference to one state over another; no money can be taken from the treasury except by duly passed law, and no title of nobility, such as Prince or Marquis, will ever be established by the government.
Andrew Jackson explained we are an exceptionalism nation by saying: “The Bible Is The Rock Which Our Republic Rests”. In other words, we have the same opportunties as everyone else except we follow Biblical Principles.

Let's Learn The Constitution!!!

I have set up a Ning Journal and yesterday we started by defining the Constitution and Preambles. Today we did Articles 1 – 3 and tomorrow I will put up another 3 and start to add some fascinating information on Our Founding Father’s, which we were never taught in school, like how many of the Founding Father’s who signed the Constitution had theology degrees?

Obama Administration Ignoring Constitution In Copenhagen

Obama's Nobel Peace Prize – Is It Unconstitutional?

Constitutional scholar says President Obama’s acceptance of the Nobel Peace Prize without the consent of Congress, may be a violation of the U.S. Constitution.
A clause in Article I, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitution states: “No Title of Nobility shall be granted by the United States: And no Person holding any Office or Trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, Emolument, Office, or Title, of any kind whatever, from any King, Prince, or foreign state.
