What is Martial Law?

Answer: A time when the U.S. Constitution is wholly suspended, all citizen rights are taken away. The word of one man becomes the law for the whole land, all cities, all states, and all agencies. The military becomes the national police; individual, business, charitable property and monies can be seized or confiscated. How long do we have before Obama declares Martial Law?
