October 14, 2012 will be marked as a historic day if Barrack Hussein Obama loses the 2012 election. A lot like when Americans took the beachheads of Europe on D-Day in WWII, Christians took the beachhead in the Battle for Life and Liberty on October 14, 2012 to defeat Barrack Hussein Obama.
On October 14, Catholics and other Christians all across America heard their priests and pastors discuss politics from their pulpits. It was done deliberately to affect the 2012 election and to provoke the IRS into removing tax exempt status from those who participated in the day. Clergy all across America deliberately picked a fight with the IRS to cause a showdown to force the Supreme Court to define the meaning of the First Amendment. If the IRS does not react, then it does not want to pursue this fight for fear that the laws that government has used to keep politics out of churches will actually be found to be unconstitutional.
Cardinal Dolan of New York is at odds with Obama since Obama lied to him about removing funding for abortion from Obamacare. Dolan is at odds with Obama since Obama declared war on religious organizations by forcing them and Christian owned businesses to provide insurance to their employees that includes abortion as part of the insurance packages. Cardinal Dolan is at odds with Obama for forcing hospitals that are owned by Christians to provide abortions.
What happened at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, DC on Oct 14 was repeated in thousands of churches across America as clergy all across America declared this to be the battle for “Life and Liberty.”
Archbishop William E. Lori of Baltimore delivered the homily at the basilica. Archbishop is the next position to Cardinal. An Archbishop is only 2 steps from the Pope. Archbishops only deliver homilies for special events as they deliver the messages that the Cardinals want delivered.
Every person who entered the basilica for mass on Oct 14 was handed a brochure that stated the theme for the mass was “Life and Liberty.” 4,000 people attended … maximum capacity with only standing room available. Then the Archbishop delivered a political message in his homily that was titled “Life and Liberty.”
He said that the USA was founded on a premise in the Declaration of Independence that rights come from God, and not from man. The First Amendment was put in place to assure that the government could not interfere with religious freedom or with freedom of speech. Today, our political leaders stifle freedom of speech with laws that threaten tax exempt status of religious organizations who participate in the political process, they interfere with freedom of religion by implementing programs that force religious organizations to provide abortions in their employer provided insurance, and they attempt to trump the rights from God by passing laws that interfere with our unalienable rights from God of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
The Archbishop was clear as he asked all the parishioners to participate in a nine day novena to stop the attack on religion by this government. He then made his case why America needs to select leaders who would honor the principles of Christianity. He said that there is no compromise to “principles.” Those leaders who do not honor the First Amendment must go. And that this current government opposes three basic “principles” of Catholics and Christians:
That life begins at conception and must be protected.
That marriage is a union by God between one man and one woman.
That freedom of religion and freedom of speech are basic rights of liberty.
This mass took more than 2 hours as the Archbishop led the congregation in its first day of the nine day novena. He asked the parishioners to get their families and friends involved.
Life and Liberty. Our forefathers came to America for religious freedom which is now threatened by the current government. Our Declaration of Independence is clear:
“the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them . . . We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; that, to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed; that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute a new government…”
If the government can define what is meant by “happiness,” if the government limits an individual’s definition of happiness by imposing redistribution of wealth or Obamacare, then the government negates the right from God to pursue happiness in how that individual wants to pursue it.
On October 14, 2012, Christians moved to the beachhead in this war of the government against religion. The beachhead is the 2012 election. So how will you vote on Nov 6? Will you vote to protect your unalienable rights from God? And will you vote for to save Life and Liberty?
