Sean Hannity’s hour-long expose of the lies and crimes of Obama and his thugacracy on Thanksgiving evening, 22 November, 2012 (District of Corruption) was rendered useless and moot by Hannity’s crime of addressing him as a legitimate President and Commander in Chief. For a ‘news reporter’ to lie by omission is to bear false witness, to foster misconceptions, and to mislead and dissemble. And since most who hear and see Sean speak are aware of the real truth – that Obama’s holding of the Office of President is constitutionally illegitimate – then the Lie by Omission is, in fact, a Bare-faced and Bold-faced LIE!
So the granting of legitimacy by Fox News and Hannity (and all of the MSM) is as much of a crime as are the criminal and treasonous acts of the ‘Treasident’ and ‘Treasoner-in-Chief’ himself, the completely unknown man behind the unconstitutional shroud of secrecy, Barack Obama/Barry Soetoro/AKA???.
Having an ineligible and unlawful person occupying the Office of President is an act that is repugnant to the Constitution. According to the Marbury vs. Madison SCOTUS decision in 1803, it was determined that “All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.” And in Norton vs. Shelby County in 1886, the Supreme Court decided, “An unconstitutional act is not law; it confers no rights; it imposes no duties; affords no protection; it creates no office; it is, in legal contemplation, as inoperative as though it had never been passed.”
The Constitution has already set the requirements for the holder of such a high Office – to be bound by oath or affirmation to:
1. support (not distort) the Constitution,
2. to not give aid and comfort to our enemies (such as arming Al Qaeda in Benghazi, or the ordering of the military to ‘stand down’ for 7 hours from the defense of our citizens being murdered in Benghazi, or in aiding in the immigration of Sharia Law-promoting Islamists to our sovereign country),
3. to be on good Behaviour and not commit Bribery and other high Crimes and Misdemeanors,
4. and to be a natural born Citizen (wherein both parents must be U.S. Citizens – naturalized or native born – when one is born).
Since Obama/Soetoro fails on all these points, having established his ‘non-identity’ with a forged Certificate of Birth, a forged Selective Service Registration, and with a fraudulently obtained Social Security number (042-68-4425) that he himself posted with his 2009 tax returns – that fails to qualify for employment in the U.S. according to the U.S. Government’s own eVerify program …
… it is a lie by omission to grant legitimacy and pay homage to such an obvious imposter and traitor to our People and our Constitution.
How embarrassing and self-condemning it must be for you all to look yourselves in the mirror each morning – knowing that you are about to embark on another day of LYING – to yourself, your coworkers, and the People to whom you spew this treasonous garbage of saying, with a straight but shameful face:
“With all due respect, ‘President Obama’, I find that you have committed these enormous acts of criminality and treason, but I won’t do anything but pay you homage for usurping the most powerful Office in this once-considered greatest nation on earth.”
No, we don’t blame Obama/Soetoro/AKA??? for getting away with his treachery, … we blame you, the influential public political figures and members of the Media and Congress and the Judiciary – for forcing the Great Lie of the Great Imposter upon us; by paying homage and giving legitimacy to the treachery and treason that exists in that District of Corruption.
Since our Nation was founded on the Biblical Judea-Christian principles of forgiveness and of truth, We The People, I am sure, would forgive you ‘Liars by Omission’, if you would now step forward, ask for our forgiveness, and TELL THE TRUTH – that you have been instrumental in covering up and furthering the greatest fraud and act of treason that has ever been perpetrated on our Nation since its founding over 200 years ago. (and that includes you, Mr. Mitt Romney. You had the stage and the attention of a world-wide audience of millions – and instead you paid homage to an imposter!)
Once any of you start to do your job – before the fraudulent Electoral votes for a fraudulent ‘President-elect’ are cast and counted – and The People are informed of the Truth, then We The People will be able to do what is necessary to restore our Constitutional Republic.
If not, may God has mercy on your lying-by-omission souls.
