Hon. James Manning:

Rev. Manning, it appears that in 2004 and earlier, while Barack Hussein Obama was running for the U.S. Senate as the nominee of the Democratic Party in Illinois; Mr. Obama and his staff did not object to the print media dislosing that Mr. Obama was born in Kenya.

Apparently, Mr. Obama’s political ascent was so rapid and unanticipated that neither he nor his campaign staff gave any serious consideration to the U.S. constitutional requirements for a person to be President of the United States. It is beyond doubt, from the article below (link), and many other articles and publicized accounts from that time period, that Mr. Obama did not refute any media claims that he was born in Kenya. Now, by sleight-of-hand and hundreds of millions of dollars in the right places and pockets, Mr. Obama has been elected to the U.S. Presidency; despite the fact that the charter document for our republic, the US constitution disqualifies Mr. Obama from holding our highest elected office.

Most elected politicians try to ignore this as an “inconvient nuisance”, rather than an untenable situation which is repugnant to our constitution; which was written expressly to ensure that the United States is governed by the rule of law. Our constitution is “the supreme law of the land” and laws “repunant” to the constitution may be struck down by the Supreme Court under the principle of “judicial review”. Also, the Congress is empowered to impeach (or remove) a sitting President who is guilty of crimes or unable to govern. It is self evident that one who is ineligible to be President is guilty of the crime of fraud.

If Obama is not removed, we have lost the rule of law and political power is held by those who have it and can hold on to it, through whatever means necessary. If this usurper is not removed for being unconstitutional, we shall have no more claim to being a noble nation, where no individual is above the law.

Thank you for your continuing efforts to have this oppotunistic, self centered and vainglorious fraud removed because he is ineligible to hold the Presidency.

You are a source of hope for one who has become incresingly disaffected by modern churches; where loving God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spitit along with loving one’s neighbor as one’s self and serving our brothers and sisters is no longer the primary message.

I am grateful that our Lord directed me to your website that I might hear your sermons and listen to your radio broadcasts on important and relevant topics to all Christians. I pray that God continues to Bless your ministry.
